The New Year is a great chance to reflect on what we have achieved so far and also look forward to the future. Here at Raccoon we’ve had an incredible year photographing some amazing events and weddings and meeting some wonderful new people and bringing on board some very talented photographers!
But now, it’s 2016, and we’re embracing change! We want to do more and focus our aims and grow. So we’d like to share with you our 2015 year in review, some of our work and the exciting plans we’ve got in store for 2016:
2015 was the year we welcomed Lara, Gabriel, Sam and Paul to the Raccoon Event Photography team. They’ve all been fantastic recruits and we’ve enjoyed showcasing their wonderful photography across our social media accounts.
In 2015 we were incredibly fortunate to be invited into the worlds of so many interesting people and industries and photograph such a wide variety of events. Every event is different! We can’t name them all, so here are just a few of the wonderful events we got to photograph last year.
A 3 Day Wedding in Egypt – Such a beautiful location for a wedding!
As well as updating our own online journal, we’ve been grateful to have been featured in a few other publications this year too:
- You and Your Magazine Articles
All change! New photographers, rebrand, new website and change of direction. We no longer represent wedding photographers so we can go back to our roots and concentrate on event photography. For us at Raccoon, 2016 is all about looking at new and dynamic ways to capture events and stream photographic content. Here are few words from our founder Amy:
“I’ve learnt a lot of valuable lessons during 2015. We are incredibly fortunate to have a team of hard working and talented photographers who never cease do us proud. 2015 has been a year of evaluation and growth. 2016 is the year of change and positive evolution with photographic excellence and client satisfaction core to our values ”
Raccoon Founder, Amy
