Describe your approach?

Our photographers all have individual skill sets and interests within their practice. Some photographers and videographers will have a more hands-on approach than others and our choosing of the perfect photographer or videographer for your event depends entirely on your brief. For example, some of our clients prefer a photographer or videographer who can go completely unnoticed by their guests and capture beautiful candid moments and other clients prefer a photographer or videographer who will actively engage with their guests and create posed portraits and shots. We will discuss your requirements at length with you before deciding who will be the best fit for the job.

How can I get in touch with you?

We’re always happy to hear from our clients.

Please do feel free to give us a call on 020 3092 5452

Or you can email us at or via the our enquiry form.  We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours. If you don't receive a response your message may have gone into our spam for technical reasons so please do pick up the telephone.

Where are you based?

Our studio is in Dalston, East London and the majority of our photographers are London based.  However we do have team members throughout the country and contacts across Europe.  All of our photographers are happy to travel to events and many work internationally on a regular basis.  Contact us for a bespoke quote for projects that require travel.

What equipment do you use?

All of our photographers and videographers are required to shoot on industry standard equipment of the highest professional quality. It is an essential requirement of the agency that the photographers attend each shoot with two cameras.

 Do you have insurance?

Yes - some venues do ask that our photographers provide evidence of public liability insurance which they are more than happy to do. This is also a requirement of photographers working for Raccoon London that each photographer must supply evidence of public liability insurance which we can provide if necessary.

How will we receive the images?

Raccoon London uses a beautiful online gallery system to share your images that is especially easy for you to navigate and find the images you want. From this private gallery you can share images with your friends and colleagues. You can also print good quality images through our print partner, or download individual images or the full gallery so you can store it on your hard drive.

Will our images be used on social media?

Social media and online marketing usage are important to Raccoon London. We use your images to show our most recent work and also to advertise our services to potential clientele. Of course, we will always respect our client's wishes and so if you specifically ask us not to share your images we will not do this.

When will we receive the images?

We guarantee a 72-hour turn around of our images. We can, of course, arrange for an earlier delivery if this is required.

How can I book you?

Please get in touch with us via email - or via the our enquiry form.

We take a 50% non-refundable booking fee and this secures the date. We aren’t able to hold or pencil dates without a booking fee. The balance is due 30 days after the date of the event. Our contracts outline the cancellation fees when your event is cancelled.

Do you offer albums?

Yes, we have an in-house design team who can offer beautiful album designs.

What happens if the photographer or videographer is ill on the day of the event?

Fortunately this rarely happens although we recognise that sickness and accidents are always a possibility. We have a vast network of photographers and videographers in London who we can contact very quickly and have a suitable replacement for you at very short notice.

Who owns the copyright on the images?

Raccoon London holds the copyright for the imagery although you are free to use them for usage as agreed upfront.  An exchange of copyright can be negotiated but must always be discussed in detail before this happens.  Advertising usage can be negotiated on a case by case basis.

Do I need to feed your team on the day?

If our photographers or videographers are on location for longer than 4 hours and there is an opportunity to provide them with refreshments, we kindly ask that you allocate some time aside for them to be able to eat and have a break.
