How to create a print-ready PDF for Polaroid?

Step 1: Create design

We have a photoflyer design template available for Adobe InDesign (.INDD) and Adobe Illustrator (.EPS). See the layers for information about the design, which layers to keep, which layers to remove and in which layer you should design.

Step 2: Design needs

• Use 3mm bleed in your design (also inside the die-cut window) ~
• Create outlines of your text
• Image minimum of 300 dpi
• Colors in CMYK
• Do not create a ‘picture frame’ on the front of the design.
• Mandatory - do not remove the mandatory layer

Step 3: How to save your design

• High resolution PDF with 3mm bleed and crop marks (no die-cut)
• Hide the layers that are indicated you should hide in the file (Illustrator) • Keep the layers visible that say they need to be visible (Illustrator)
• Hide LR layer (InDesign)
• Keep HR layer (InDesign)
