Corporate Headshot Portrait Photography for Kea Consultants

Corporate Portraits in London

We spent a day in the Kea Consultant’s offices where we created a studio set up within their boardroom to capture portraits of their full team after a lot of internal change. The brief was to capture the maturity and professionalism of the team whilst also putting across the relaxed and fun nature of their office environment.

Location corporate headshots

Corporate headshots can often be quite formal and stiff and something that staff are often quite reluctant to engage with but it’s our aim to make the session fun for everyone envolved. We tend to encourage small groups to come into the studio space together so that they can help generate a more relaxed expression through laughter and engagement.

As the photographs are being taken the camera is tethered to a laptop so that the staff can view and approve the imagery as we go along to ensure that everyone is happy with their photograph. Through direction and techniques it’s possible to bring out personality and variety in posing whilst maintaining a consistency in style across the images.

The importance of professional headshot photography

Whether you are a small start up company or an international corporation, the way you present your staff speaks volumes about the dynamic and ethos of your firm. Whether you choose dynamic colour three quarters length portraits, or formal black and white headshots or a more relaxed environmental style images this is your chance to put across the personality of your team in an instant.

Investing in your team with professional pictures will ensure that they feel confident to share these on company websites and corporate brochures, or on email signatures and Linkedin profiles or press releases.

How to Organise a Portrait Session in your office

We usually work with the office manager to set up a portrait session. A sizeable office space will be needed - dependent on whether you need headshots, three quarter length portraits or full length. We will provide the backdrop and lighting. Depending on the brief we usually would recommend around 20 -30 per day comfortably and encourage your team to come in small groups to help each other relax in front of the camera.

It helps if we can understand upfront how the images will be used - whether on websites, brochures, business cards or press releases. We also want to understand your brand personality.

Your staff will need to know in advance and we will advise on the sort of clothing that photographs well.

Editing and post production of your headshots

We want to ensure that each headshot is finished to the highest quality. After you have selected via a private online gallery (or on the day), our editors will finish each image individually to ensure background colour and consistency, colour balance, cropping and a light skin finish.
