Jérôme conducted a studio and live shoot of Hatis Noit, a Japanese vocal performer from Hokkaido who now resides in London, for Erased Tapes Records. Her accomplished range is astonishingly self-taught, inspired by Gagaku — Japanese classical music — and operatic styles, Bulgarian and Gregorian chanting, to avant-garde and pop vocalists.
The images were borne out of a mood board carefully prepared in partnership with Hatis Noit and her label, and designed to capture the hypnotic and oneiric nature of her music.
They were used to promote the artist on Spotify and social media.
