Perrier Jouet Press Event at Magazine Restaurant
We were briefed to capture the experience of members of the press during the launch of Magazine restaurant.
Designed by Zaha Hadid - the newly opened restaurant is attached to the Serpentine Sackler Gallery. Built with a dramatic saddleback structure, the distinctive building uses large amounts of glass in conjunction with its high ceilings to bring lots of natural light into the space during the daytime.
Talented German chef Oliver Lange prepared a menu that was both inspired by and implemented Perrier-Jouet Belle Epoque. The journalists enjoyed a champagne paired spring menu of Sea Bream Tartar, Fennel and Belle Epoque Jelly served with the newly launched cuvee Belle Epoque Edition Premiere. This was followed by Cornfed Chicken, Kimchi Pears and Black Rice Crisp with Belle Epoque 2006. Dessert was the very subtle flavoured Pomelo, Fromage Blanc and Almonds served with Blason Rose.
