Transformator Club is an exclusive private members’ club aimed at entrepreneurs, business leaders and C-suite executives.

The London branch is opening as part of the global expansion to create ten branches across Europe and US within the next three years.

Transformator is looking to partner with a content provider to capture in the first instance photography of the Business Breakfasts and All Day Meetings in the first year.

Full day meetings

Formal networking meetings comprised of two lectures from leading business experts, Q&A sessions and entertainment.

Hours required: 13 (11am - midnight)

 

PHOTOGRAPHY

Cost per photographer per event: £1450.00 plus VAT

Total: £8,700 + VAT for 6 events

 

VIDEOGRAPHY

Cost PER EVENT/per videographer: £1,595.00 plus VAT


Video Editing

OPTION 1

Basic Edit: £500.00 + VAT

  • 1-2 minute video

  • 2 free rounds of amendments

  • Video delivered via private vimeo URL

  • Music Licensing at an additional cost £80.00 + VAT

 

Photography: Business Breakfasts

These intimate breakfasts will host entrepreneurs and executives to share their success stories with members.

Frequency: bimonthly

Total number: 12

Hours required: 4

 

PHOTOGRAPHY

Cost per photographer per event: £750.00 plus VAT

Total: £9,000 + VAT for 12 events

 

VIDEOGRAPHY

Cost PER EVENT/per videographer: £895.00 plus VAT

Comprehensive Edit: £800.00 + VAT

  • 4-8 minute video

Time: 17:00 - 23:00

Attendees Total: 100 persons

  • 2 x Videographer (Additional camera man to help record speeches).

  • 1 x Audio Capture (To record audio from sound desk).

  • 1 x Branded Photo Wall

  • 1 x Promo Film (2 free amends)

  • 1 x Event highlights Film (2 free amends)

  • 1 x Social Media Film (2 free amends)

From an early age, Sam has had a strong interest in photography. After graduating from King’s College London with a BA in War Studies, he travelled the world with his cameras; with images printed in The Times, Tatler, GQ, and Gentleman’s Journal, amongst others. Specialising in portraits and fashion & editorial photography - his style is recognisable and he is a frequent contributor to Tatler Bystander and other society pages.

MITZI

Mitzi shot her first roll of film when she was 14 and has been in love with photography ever since. Having always been drawn to the documentary side, her main interest is in working with people to capture portraits and in covering a large range of events both in the UK and worldwide. Mitzi has a discreet, unobtrusive approach and concentrates on capturing the spirit of the event - from the fast moving action to the quieter more reflective moments that are easily missed.

Chris cut his teeth shooting the ins and outs of Bristol’s nightlife scene. In the ten years since - he’s captured the best known events in the UK and internationally.
